Property Access

  • This homeowner uses three exterior security cameras to monitor the home: one is a doorbell camera, another is on the front of the garage facing the driveway, and the third is on the front of the home facing the driveway.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No smoking traces may be left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No pets allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchens are equipped with cooking basics and utensils for meal preparation.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided, including: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Amenities include: high-speed internet, dishwasher, toaster, pool table, washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, free parking, BBQ grill, hot tub, cable TV, TV, ironing board & iron, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter months (Nov-March). If inclement weather is possible during your stay, bring an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of creation will receive a full refund of payments.
  • Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
